We're Fair, Even If We're a Bit Cranky

If something's wrong with your order, we'll make it right — no fuss, no drama. We believe in treating folks the way we'd want to be treated (minus the unsolicited advice). Just let us know within the time frame we set, and we'll sort it out without giving you the full “back in my day” speech.

No Funny Business

We're happy to give refunds for genuine issues, but don't try to pull a fast one. We've been around long enough to spot a tall tale from a mile away. If the product's been used, worn out, or “accidentally” run through the washing machine, it's yours to keep — along with the story.

Send It Back the Way You Got It

If you're returning something, make sure it's in the same condition it arrived in — tags on, packaging intact, and no mysterious stains. We're not picky, but we're also not taking back slippers that have clearly been to the garden and back.

Refunds Aren't Instant (Neither Are We)

Once we get your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund. It might take a few days for the money to show up in your account — not because we're slow, but because banks move at the speed of a Sunday drive. Rest assured, we'll get it done.
